The client

717 Grand Street is a boutique collection of 23 condominiums, from one to three bedrooms, in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.

The brief

Following an earlier teaser site, the full sales site had to carry a detailed Figma design into Webflow across ten pages, with residence availability managed in the CMS.

What I built

  • Ten pages: Landing, Home, Building, Residences, Amenities, Neighborhood, Availability, Inquire, Team and Legal.
  • Availability driven by a Webflow CMS collection of residences (type, beds, baths, price, size, status and floor plan), with filters that build themselves from the data and a mobile accordion view.
  • An interactive neighborhood map: over a hundred places in nine categories, category filters, custom pins and a custom map style.
  • An inquiry form embedded from HubSpot, with a custom success state.
  • Image carousels, and a lightbox with pinch-zoom and pan on mobile.
  • A first-visit intro, a header that turns solid on scroll, and previous/next navigation between pages.
  • A pre-launch audit: every page given a proper H1 plus SEO and social metadata.
